I don’t know very much about meditation. I’ve worked around the edges when working with trauma from a holistic perspective. But I’m no pro. It’s great because I think it makes meditation more accessible for the non-meditative soul. You don’t need to have been diagnosed with PTSD to benefit from the resources available here.
